<p>We’re seeking a skilled <strong>Systems Engineer</strong> to join our team and help build resilient, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure. If you're passionate about virtualization, networking, and disaster recovery, this is your opportunity to make an impact.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi</li><li>Manage and optimize Active Directory domains, group policies, and authentication services</li><li>Deploy and support Veeam Backup &  Replication for data protection and recovery</li><li>Configure and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)</li><li>Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and security</li><li>Collaborate with IT and business teams to support enterprise initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure administration</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with VMware, Active Directory, Veeam, and Cisco</li><li>Solid understanding of disaster recovery strategies and implementation</li><li>Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
