Property Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Lansing, Michigan. This role is a Long-term Contract position within the Real Estate & Property industry, offering the opportunity to create exceptional resident experiences while ensuring operational efficiency. As a key point of contact for residents, you will focus on fostering strong relationships, maximizing retention, and supporting the daily operations of the property.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build strong resident relationships by preparing and communicating lease agreements, ensuring clarity during the lease signing process.<br>• Conduct follow-ups with new residents at 30, 60, and 90 days to address concerns and enhance their living experience.<br>• Serve as the primary liaison between residents and property teams, ensuring timely updates and resolutions for work orders.<br>• Respond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.<br>• Support resident retention efforts by executing renewal outreach campaigns well in advance of lease expirations.<br>• Collaborate with leasing and service teams to meet property performance objectives and ensure seamless operations.<br>• Assist the property manager with administrative tasks and day-to-day operational needs.<br>• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal Fair Housing regulations.<br>• Monitor online review platforms to address feedback and maintain resident satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.<br>• Proven customer service experience, ideally within the property management sector.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.<br>• Previous leasing experience is preferred but not required.<br>• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.<br>• Physical ability to work extensively on a computer and handle occasional stressful situations.
