Human Resources (HR) Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Landrum, South Carolina. This Contract-to-role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the HR field while contributing to a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be versatile, organized, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and employee-facing responsibilities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain accurate records of confidential employee data and ensure timely updates in HR systems.<br>• Coordinate and process 401k submissions, medical renewals, and other benefits-related reports.<br>• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors professionally and managing light foot traffic.<br>• Assist with scheduling and ordering lunches for meetings, ensuring smooth coordination.<br>• Post job openings on various platforms and assist with conducting video interviews.<br>• Support employee onboarding processes, including background checks and documentation.<br>• Collaborate with team members on HR-related projects and initiatives.<br>• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing and reporting tasks.
• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role within a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to manage employee records.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.<br>• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and external contacts.<br>• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.<br>• Prior experience with onboarding processes and conducting background checks.<br>• A positive attitude and willingness to grow within the HR field.
