Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Lancaster, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who excels in providing exceptional customer service and is skilled in managing front desk operations. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the office.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and attentive welcome.<br>• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system to provide prompt and accurate information.<br>• Handle concierge services, addressing inquiries and requests with efficiency.<br>• Operate and maintain the switchboard for 1-10 phone lines, ensuring seamless connectivity.<br>• Coordinate inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.<br>• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area to uphold a well-managed office environment.<br>• Support internal staff by providing administrative assistance as needed.<br>• Monitor and manage appointment schedules to ensure timely service delivery.<br>• Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication across the organization.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Ability to manage switchboard operations efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with concierge services and customer support.<br>• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a composed demeanor.<br>• Basic computer skills, including experience with office software applications.
