• A minimum of 7 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the construction industry.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.<br>• Experience with AIA billing and construction-related financial processes.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing independent tasks.<br>• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
