In this role, you will play a key part in managing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. Responsibilities:• Review and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy before processing.• Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper documentation.• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system promptly and accurately.• Reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate account records.• Prepare and issue payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire payments, according to established schedules.• Organize and maintain comprehensive records of all accounts payable activities.• Support month-end closing processes by recording payables and preparing accruals for outstanding items.• Address vendor inquiries and foster strong relationships to ensure smooth communication.• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards throughout all accounts payable tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is a plus.• 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.• Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.• Strong numerical aptitude and excellent data-entry skills with a focus on accuracy.• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
