Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in La Quinta, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting administrative tasks and providing excellent service to members, residents, and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a welcoming and detail-oriented atmosphere.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome and assist residents, guests, and members, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience.<br>• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, recordkeeping, and managing correspondence.<br>• Handle light accounting tasks such as processing invoices, tracking payments, and preparing expense reports.<br>• Coordinate schedules for appointments, events, and facility maintenance.<br>• Provide operational support by managing assigned projects and tasks to contribute to seamless club operations.<br>• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to confidentiality and service standards.<br>• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and member satisfaction.<br>• Adapt to new responsibilities as your understanding of club operations expands.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, reception, or customer service.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all responsibilities.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with general office technology.<br>• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service.<br>• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges to grow within the role.
