Test Center Administrator
We are looking for a Test Center Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in La Grande, Oregon. This part-time position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for occasional evening and Saturday shifts. The role involves maintaining a secure and detail-oriented testing environment while ensuring a seamless experience for examinees.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Welcome test candidates and verify their identification to ensure adherence to security protocols.<br>• Conduct security checks, including the use of scanning devices, to maintain a safe testing environment.<br>• Monitor examinees throughout their testing process to uphold integrity and compliance.<br>• Address any issues or concerns from test candidates promptly and courteously.<br>• Safeguard test materials and maintain a secure environment within the test center at all times.<br>• Provide clear instructions and create a comfortable atmosphere for examinees.<br>• Report any incidents or irregularities that fall outside company guidelines.<br>• Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements based on operational needs, including weekend availability.<br>• Represent the organization's values and mission in all interactions.<br>• Utilize digital systems to scan and record candidate fingerprint identification, if applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.<br>• Previous experience in receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting visitors.<br>• Proficiency in scanning documents and managing clerical tasks.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict security procedures.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.<br>• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.<br>• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Demonstrated teamwork and reliability in scheduling and operational support.
