Estate Planning Attorney
We are looking for a dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex matters related to wills, trusts, and probate administration. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering personalized solutions and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including drafting wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.<br>• Handle probate administration cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.<br>• Represent clients in courtroom proceedings related to estate disputes and other civil litigation matters.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide sound recommendations.<br>• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored legal solutions.<br>• Manage discovery processes, including collecting, reviewing, and organizing relevant documentation.<br>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations to offer informed counsel.<br>• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
<p>• Active license to practice law in Tennessee.</p><p>• Proven 3+ years' experience in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and handling probate cases.</p><p>• Strong background in civil litigation and courtroom representation.</p><p>• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.</p><p>• Exceptional research and analytical skills to support legal strategy development.</p><p>• Ability to manage discovery processes efficiently and effectively.</p><p>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.</p><p>• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.</p>
