Customer Service Representative
<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>We are currently seeking a dedicated and success driven Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join our client's team in the distribution industry. This is a full-time onsite contract-to-hire position that plays a key role in supporting the sales department. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate daily with customers via phone and email, providing excellent service and timely responses.</li><li>Track and manage customer requirements from the initial point of contact through the completion of order fulfillment.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between customers, sales management, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and support needs.</li><li>Provide up-to-date product information, pricing, and order statuses to customers in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and continuity in customer data.</li><li>Proactively identify and address customer concerns or issues to deliver effective solutions that align with company standards.</li></ul><p>For immediate consideration please contact Brenda Rodriguez (865)-370-2206</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: Sales or order entry experience preferred.</li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li><li>Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a customer-first mindset.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving customer issues and meeting their needs effectively.</li></ul>
