Apply today!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p><p> <strong>Duration:</strong> 12-month contract-to-hire</p><p> <strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid onsite (business casual; parking provided)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support and enhance a semi-customized Dynamics 365 environment, including forms, views, UI customizations, and system workflows.</li><li>Build, improve, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support internal business processes.</li><li>Design and implement Power Automate workflows, including translating existing flows into future Copilot Studio solutions.</li><li>Contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines using YAML for multi-environment deployments (Dev, Test, Prod).</li><li>Collaborate with backend engineering teams on Dataverse architecture, table design, and data modeling.</li><li>Assist with 3rd-party integrations and AppSource add-ons as the platform expands.</li><li>Provide platform best practices, documentation, and support to help the organization transition away from consultant-driven development.</li><li>Partner with business users and the technical PM to gather requirements, solve workflow challenges, and improve internal processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Dynamics 365 customization and configuration</strong> (forms, views, JavaScript UI logic, workflows, integrations).</li><li>Strong experience building <strong>Power Apps</strong> (Canvas & Model-Driven).</li><li>Advanced experience with <strong>Power Automate</strong> and workflow process automation.</li><li>Ability to work with <strong>Copilot Studio</strong> or translate Power Automate logic into AI-driven workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML pipelines)</strong> for managing solution deployments across multiple environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>Dataverse</strong> structure, table design, and relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, low-ego, detail-oriented, solution-focused mindset.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally with backend engineers and non-technical business users.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice-to-Haves:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with PCF components (React/TypeScript).</li><li>Experience with customer portals, AppSource integrations, or other Microsoft ecosystem extensions.</li></ul><p><br></p>
