Executive Assistant
<p>We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to C-suite executives for an organization based in Kirkland, Washington. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and excels at managing competing priorities with discretion and precision.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive calendar management for C-suite executives, including scheduling complex meetings and resolving conflicts</li><li>Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting</li><li>Prepare, edit, and format executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports</li><li>Act as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Support board meetings and executive meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting logistics</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications</li><li>Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities and deadlines</li><li>Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and support strategic initiatives</li><li>Provide administrative support to additional leadership as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives in an Executive Assistant role</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment</li><li>Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment</li><li>Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with executive leadership</li><li>Experience with complex calendar management, travel coordination, and executive-level documentation</li></ul>
