Property Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Kerman, California. In this contract role, you will play a vital part in managing residential and commercial properties while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in property management and leasing within a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the daily management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.<br>• Handle leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and processing applications.<br>• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leases, maintenance, and financial transactions.<br>• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs by liaising with vendors and contractors.<br>• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all property management activities.<br>• Utilize property management software, such as Yardi, to track and manage operational tasks efficiently.<br>• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, fostering positive relationships.<br>• Prepare regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics.<br>• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for property expenses and revenue.<br>• Conduct inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.<br>• Proven knowledge of leasing processes and tenant management.<br>• Familiarity with property management software, particularly Yardi.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various property-related tasks effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.<br>• Understanding of local property regulations and compliance requirements.<br>• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
