Full Charge Bookkeeper
<p>We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Kenner, Louisiana. This is a short-term contract to full time opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in bookkeeping and financial management. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of bookkeeping processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.</p><p>• Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial data effectively.</p><p>• Prepare financial reports and statements to support decision-making processes.</p><p>• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation of transactions.</p><p>• Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy of financial information.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and optimize workflows.</p><p>• Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for efficient financial management.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</p>
