<p>We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of reporting processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting principles and leadership experience. Located in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, the position offers an opportunity to guide a dedicated team while maintaining high standards of financial integrity.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise and provide leadership to the accounting team, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialists.</p><p>• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and improve operational efficiency.</p><p>• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</p><p>• Approve journal entries and oversee the reconciliation of accounts.</p><p>• Evaluate current accounting processes and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>• Analyze monthly financial results and deliver insights to the Director of Finance.</p><p>• Stay updated on evolving accounting standards and provide recommendations for compliance.</p><p>• Take a leading role in the annual audit by preparing required schedules and coordinating with external auditors.</p><p>• Ensure all financial activities are conducted in a safe and secure manner.</p><p>• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the finance department.</p><p><br></p><p>Apply today to start a conversation!</p>

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.<br>• Strong expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management.<br>• Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.<br>• Experience with account reconciliation and journal entry approval.<br>• Familiarity with financial audits and compliance with accounting standards.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas.<br>• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising teams.<br>• Knowledge of policies and procedures related to accounting operations.
