We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to support business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in Salesforce development and work with a dynamic team to deliver innovative CRM solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning Platform.<br>• Manage and maintain Salesforce administration tasks, including Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud configurations.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.<br>• Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms, including HubSpot, using APIs and other integration tools.<br>• Optimize and maintain the Salesforce data model, including custom and standard objects, fields, and relationships.<br>• Implement Salesforce Shield to enhance system security and performance monitoring.<br>• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.<br>• Provide technical insights and support to team members and stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery.<br>• Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.<br>• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning framework.<br>• Strong understanding of Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.<br>• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs for integration with third-party systems.<br>• Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, including custom objects, relationships, and fields.<br>• Experience with HubSpot, including automation, marketing, and integration functionalities.<br>• Expertise in implementing Salesforce Shield for security and performance monitoring.<br>• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
