Responsibilities: • Lead sourcing efforts for indirect spend categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize procurement outcomes. • Negotiate contracts that achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and service standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline procurement processes and improve operational efficiency. • Implement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance value across indirect procurement categories. • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to ensure continuous improvement. • Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities to key stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with global procurement strategies and directives. • Develop strategies to mitigate risks in supplier management and contract negotiations. • Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams to facilitate communication and alignment.

• Proven experience in corporate procurement, particularly in indirect procurement. • Strong understanding of buying processes and procurement functions. • Expertise in contract negotiations with a focus on achieving cost savings. • Ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships. • Familiarity with global procurement strategies and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Analytical mindset to assess supplier performance and identify improvement opportunities. • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
