We are looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work on advanced AI/ML products, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and tools. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in AI product management, model development, and deployment, with a focus on driving innovative solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and deploy machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.<br>• Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and achieve operational efficiency.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation.<br>• Create and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and model training.<br>• Monitor and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.<br>• Apply ethical AI principles and implement strategies to mitigate algorithmic bias.<br>• Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy and manage AI solutions.<br>• Conduct regular assessments and updates of AI systems to align with evolving business needs.<br>• Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.<br>• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in AI and machine learning to inform strategic decisions.
• At least 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years focused specifically on AI/ML products.<br>• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.<br>• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, and model deployment processes.<br>• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI applications.<br>• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br>• Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.<br>• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model monitoring techniques.<br>• Awareness of ethical AI practices and strategies for mitigating bias in machine learning models.
