We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, this role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with expertise in financial management and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.<br>• Utilize NetSuite to streamline and maintain financial operations.<br>• Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements to support strategic decision-making.<br>• Handle project accounting tasks, including budget tracking and cost allocation.<br>• Reconcile balance sheet accounts to maintain accurate financial records.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting practices and procedures.<br>• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.<br>• Assist in the preparation of audit materials and support audit processes.

• Proven experience in accounting management or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in NetSuite and other financial management tools.<br>• Strong knowledge of payroll administration and processes.<br>• Expertise in preparing profit and loss statements and conducting financial analysis.<br>• Solid understanding of project accounting principles.<br>• Ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts accurately and efficiently.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<br>• Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
