We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in AP to apply their skills in invoice processing, vendor relations, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain accurate accounts payable records in the accounting system</li><li>Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed</li><li>Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>1–3 years of accounts payable experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>
