This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys providing exceptional service. <strong>To apply, please call us at 808-531-0800.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and respond to inbound calls promptly.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.</p><p>• Scheduling and calendaring</p><p>• Handle email correspondence efficiently, addressing inquiries and following up as necessary.</p><p>• File and organize documents to support compliance and administrative needs.</p><p>• Assist with receptionist duties, welcoming visitors and handling inquiries.</p><p>• Prepare and distribute notices and other communications as required.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to complete various tasks and create reports.</p><p>• Support team members with clerical tasks and special projects as needed.</p>
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.<br>• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic to intermediate computer skills.<br>• Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.<br>• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.<br>• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.<br>• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
