Project Manager-Level 3 - Senior (11 - 15 Years)
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in leading large-scale energy storage and infrastructure projects. This is a Contract position based in Juno Beach, Florida, offering an opportunity to manage projects ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion. The role involves overseeing all aspects of field execution, ensuring seamless coordination among multiple departments and stakeholders.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead project execution for energy storage projects, overseeing design, engineering, and integration of power electronics and battery systems.<br>• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage contract administration processes.<br>• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance.<br>• Coordinate commissioning and start-up activities to ensure operational readiness of facilities.<br>• Act as the primary liaison between the company and community, regulators, and public entities.<br>• Manage staffing and employee activities during the execution phase, including onboarding and training.<br>• Address challenges with suppliers and regulatory agencies to maintain project timelines and quality.<br>• Oversee public relations efforts and corporate communications at the site level.<br>• Monitor project expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial goals.<br>• Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.<br>• PMP certification is strongly preferred.<br>• 11 to 15 years of experience managing large-scale energy storage and infrastructure projects.<br>• Proven ability to integrate engineering and financial aspects within project execution.<br>• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and coordinating across departments.<br>• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges with suppliers and regulatory bodies.<br>• Expertise in cost management, scheduling, and quality assurance processes.<br>• Familiarity with commissioning, start-up activities, and operational readiness procedures.
