We are seeking a skilled Project Management Consultant to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring they meet budgetary, scheduling, and safety objectives. Based in Juno Beach, Florida, this long-term contract position involves managing construction activities and coordinating efforts between contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor project productivity, adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.<br>• Conduct inspections of planned work, verify design compliance for completed tasks, and review contractor payment submissions.<br>• Evaluate project constructability, allocate resources effectively, assess field progress, and address emerging issues.<br>• Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and local community representatives.<br>• Oversee scope management, budget tracking, technical issue resolution, performance reporting, and progress scheduling.<br>• Act as a liaison with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies to ensure smooth project execution.<br>• Promote safety practices, procedural compliance, lessons learned, corrective actions, and attention to detail among team members and contractors.<br>• Coordinate activities related to safety programs, engineering tasks, construction processes, budget management, data analysis, and contract administration.<br>• Facilitate communication with the project’s management committee to ensure alignment and progress.<br>• Handle additional responsibilities as required to support project success.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.<br>• Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and construction processes.<br>• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and safety guidelines.<br>• Experience in contract administration and vendor coordination.<br>• Ability to manage complex projects while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in performance reporting and resource allocation.<br>• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
