<p>Support core Digital & Technology initiatives and site Information Technology (IT) activities to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.</p><p>W<strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><p><strong>Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a visible and trusted leader, actively involved in projects and programs.</li><li>Embrace a <strong>One Global Team</strong> mindset and foster collaboration.</li><li>Undertake project work to plan, track, and communicate IT changes.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely resolution of issues and business continuity.</li><li>Demonstrate a passion for learning and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Run & Protect:</strong> Ensure reliability of critical systems including WAN/LAN connectivity, servers, printing, and phone systems; escalate issues as needed.</li><li><strong>Desktop Support:</strong> Provide 2nd & 3rd line technical support for site users.</li><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Act with urgency and empathy to resolve issues while understanding business processes.</li><li><strong>Incident & Problem Management:</strong> Respond promptly to support requests and escalate when necessary.</li><li><strong>Hardware Lifecycle & Knowledge Transfer:</strong> Ensure compliance with hardware lifecycle standards and provide IT guidance through onboarding and documentation.</li><li><strong>Cyber & Physical Security:</strong> Collaborate with compliance teams to enforce security processes and escalate non-compliance.</li><li><strong>New Technology Support:</strong> Work with global teams to implement new technologies.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field (or Associate’s Degree with 5 years IT manufacturing experience).</li><li>1+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or related field.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in desktop productivity tools and network troubleshooting.</li><li>Analytical skills to identify problems and deliver solutions.</li><li>Proven leadership and ability to influence stakeholders.</li><li>Project management skills and ability to uphold standards.</li><li>Self-motivated with a mindset for success.</li></ul><p><br></p>
