We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to join our team in Joliet, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring the seamless operation of Oracle Fusion Financials systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise and collaborate with a dynamic team in the industrial sector.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities to meet organizational needs.<br>• Provide support for month-end close processes and address system-related challenges.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in financial workflows.<br>• Ensure the stability and efficient operation of Oracle Fusion Financials systems.<br>• Monitor system performance and address any issues to prevent disruptions.<br>• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization.<br>• Document financial processes and system configurations to support long-term operational stability.<br>• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials.<br>• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure integration and compatibility of financial systems.<br>• Keep up-to-date with Oracle Fusion Financials updates and recommend best practices.

• Proven experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials in a consulting or support role.<br>• Strong understanding of financial processes, including month-end close procedures.<br>• Ability to identify system inefficiencies and propose solutions.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system stability and optimization.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and train users.<br>• Experience documenting processes and system configurations.<br>• Familiarity with industrial sector financial workflows is a plus.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
