We are looking for a skilled Java Developer Programmer Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johnston, Iowa. If you have a passion for software development and thrive in a supportive and innovative culture, this position may be the perfect fit for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and maintain high-quality Java-based applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize microservices architecture.<br>• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces utilizing JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Angular (preferred).<br>• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.<br>• Provide technical expertise and leadership on assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance system performance.<br>• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.<br>• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.<br>• Mentor less experienced developers and share knowledge within the team to foster growth and innovation.

• Strong proficiency in Java programming with hands-on experience in frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.<br>• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Angular is highly desirable.<br>• Knowledge of microservices architecture and ability to design scalable systems.<br>• Experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.<br>• Effective communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
