<p>Robert Half is partnering with an industry-leading financial institution serving the agriculture and equipment sector to find their next Credit Processing Specialist. This position is a great opportunity to support a respected organization while utilizing your customer service and financial processing skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Details:</p><p>Location: John Deere Financial in Johnston, IA</p><p>Duration: Currently approved through the end of the year, possibility for extension.</p><p>Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm</p><p>Workplace: Largely remote, availability to be onsite for meetings in Johnston.</p><p>Visa sponsorship not available now or in the future</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><p>- Enter and process credit application data</p><p>- Audit lending documentation for accuracy and completeness (incentive programs, customer info, equipment info, dealer charges, payoffs, signatures, large credit contracts)</p><p>- Provide customer support and account maintenance</p><p>- Answer questions and handle requests from dealers, customers, and internal staff</p><p>- Prepare modification documentation to notify dealers and customers of contract changes</p><p><br></p><p>Why Robert Half?</p><p>At Robert Half, we don’t just connect you with a role — we partner with you to make sure it’s the right fit. <p>What We’re Looking For</p><p>Required:</p><p>- Customer service or financial services experience</p><p>- Strong written/verbal communication and excellent phone skills</p><p>- High attention to detail and service quality</p><p>- Ability to multi-task across multiple systems and processes</p><p>- Independent decision-making skills with sound judgment</p><p>- Team player with the ability to work independently</p><p>- Adaptability in a changing environment</p><p><br></p><p>Preferred:</p><p>- Product/market specific processing experience</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)</p>
