<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or data analysis roles.</p><p>• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.</p><p>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.</p><p>• Experience in FP& A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.</p><p>• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial systems is a plus.</p><p>• Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.</p>
