• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.<br>• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting with a strong attention to detail.<br>• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to operational outcomes and recommend improvements.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences, including executives.<br>• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and applications, including Excel and other analytical tools.<br>• Leadership experience, either direct or indirect, with a focus on driving team collaboration and performance.<br>• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience in manufacturing cost accounting.<br>• Familiarity with financial modeling, adaptive insights, and global manufacturing processes.
