<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong> Education</strong>: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).</li><li> <strong>Industry Experience</strong>: 10+ years in accounting/finance with a strong background in <strong>real estate</strong>.</li><li> <strong>Leadership</strong>: Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.</li><li> <strong>Communication</strong>: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with executives and investors.</li><li> <strong>Technical Skills</strong>: Deep understanding of GAAP, financial systems, and real estate accounting practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>
