• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.<br>• Proven expertise in system implementation and financial system optimization.<br>• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and financial reporting standards.<br>• Familiarity with US GAAP and healthcare-specific financial regulations.<br>• Experience in internal control development and review.<br>• Skilled in audit preparation and management.<br>• Background in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.<br>• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
