<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Systems Administrator</strong> to maintain and optimize our IT systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.</li><li>Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.</li><li>Deploy software updates, patches, and security configurations.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex server and application issues.</li><li>Collaborate with networking and security teams for integrated IT solutions.</li><li>Document system configurations, policies, and operational procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years of systems administration experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and storage solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash).</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Preferred: Microsoft, VMware, or Linux certifications.</li></ul><p><br></p>
