Project Coordinator

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, excels at communication, and can juggle multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities</li><li>Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones; update documentation and status reports</li><li>Organize and facilitate meetings, including drafting agendas and recording action items</li><li>Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders</li><li>Assist with project budgeting, procurement requests, and resource allocation</li><li>Maintain project documentation, files, and communications for accuracy and consistency</li><li>Identify risks, delays, or gaps and proactively flag them to project leadership</li><li>Contribute to continuous process improvements, workflow optimization, and team efficiency</li></ul><p><br></p>
