Office Assistant
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a Contract position where you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy multitasking, and thrive in a meticulous environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet visitors and provide receptionist support, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience.<br>• Manage inbound calls, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.<br>• Organize and scan a variety of documents to maintain accurate and accessible records.<br>• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.<br>• Assist with scheduling and calendar management to support efficient operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement as needed.<br>• Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized.<br>• Support other departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
• Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles is essential.<br>• Proficiency in scanning and organizing documents efficiently.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling calls and correspondence.<br>• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.<br>• Competence in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are a plus.
