IT Support Specialist

We’re hiring an <strong>IT Support Specialist</strong> to join a growing team and support end users across hardware, software, and network environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot issues, assist with hardware/software maintenance, and ensure end users have the tools they need to succeed. You'll work closely with internal teams, respond to support tickets, and help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment.</p><p>This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, technically sharp, and eager to grow within an IT organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Tier 1–2 support for end users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or macOS operating systems</li><li>Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive</li><li>Create, update, and manage support tickets in the ITSM system</li><li>Assist with user account setup and access management in Active Directory</li><li>Deploy software patches, security updates, and system upgrades</li><li>Document solutions, processes, and common troubleshooting steps</li><li>Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams on projects such as device refreshes, migrations, and system rollouts</li></ul><p><br></p>
