<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Systems Administrator</strong> to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who thrives in hands-on technical work, enjoys solving complex problems, and can ensure the reliability and security of critical systems across on-premises and cloud environments.</p><p>You will play a key role in maintaining servers, storage, virtualization, backups, and enterprise applications, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and improve IT operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain <strong>Windows Server and Linux systems</strong></li><li>Administer and troubleshoot <strong>Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy</strong></li><li>Manage <strong>virtualization platforms</strong> (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)</li><li>Maintain and monitor <strong>storage, backup, and disaster recovery systems</strong></li><li>Support <strong>enterprise applications</strong> and ensure seamless integration with infrastructure</li><li>Collaborate with network, security, and cloud teams to implement <strong>end-to-end solutions</strong></li><li>Monitor system performance, perform capacity planning, and optimize server resources</li><li>Maintain <strong>technical documentation, SOPs, and system diagrams</strong></li><li>Mentor junior administrators and provide guidance on best practices</li><li>Respond to escalated Tier 2/3 support issues and ensure timely resolution</li></ul><p><br></p>
