<p>We are hiring a CMMC Level 2 Compliance Analyst to support a compliance initiative focused on implementing security controls, strengthening documentation, and aligning with federal cybersecurity standards. This role will lead CMMC Level 2 readiness activities, work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, and ensure accurate tracking and documentation of control implementation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with framework-driven security compliance and strong analytical and documentation skills.</p>

<p>Experience supporting <strong>CMMC Level 2</strong> compliance efforts</p><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>NIST SP 800-171</strong> requirements</p><p>Ability to perform <strong>gap assessments</strong> and support remediation planning</p><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>SSP, POAM, policies, and control documentation</strong></p><p>Familiarity with <strong>security compliance frameworks</strong> and audit preparation</p><p>Ability to work with <strong>cross-functional teams</strong> to implement and validate controls</p><p>Strong <strong>analytical thinking, attention to detail</strong>, and documentation discipline</p><p>Effective written and verbal communication skills</p><p><br></p>
