This is a <strong>fully remote</strong> position, open to attorneys licensed in <strong>New York, New Jersey, or Florida</strong>.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Legal Research</strong>: Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy.</li><li><strong>Drafting</strong>: Prepare pleadings, motions, letters, and other legal documents.</li><li><strong>Client Communication</strong>: Respond to client inquiries and provide updates with professionalism and clarity.</li><li><strong>Litigation Prep</strong>: Assist with case preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing for hearings.</li><li><strong>Letter Writing</strong>: Draft correspondence to courts, clients, and opposing counsel.</li><li><strong>Volume Work</strong>: Manage a <strong>high-volume caseload</strong> with efficiency and attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Discovery</strong>: Limited; this role is <strong>not discovery heavy</strong>.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Ideal Candidate:</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed and in good standing in <strong>NY, NJ, or FL</strong>.</li><li><strong>3+ years of litigation experience</strong>, ideally in administrative or guardianship law.</li><li>Comfortable with <strong>first-year associate-level work</strong> under the guidance of senior attorneys.</li><li>Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.</li><li>Responsive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.</li><li>Proactive communicator who asks questions and uses available resources effectively.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Role Information</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Remote:</strong> Work from anywhere within the licensed jurisdictions.</li><li><strong>Hours: </strong>Monday-Friday, EST business hours.</li><li><strong>Pay: $55–$70/hour</strong>, depending on experience and qualifications.</li></ul><p><br></p>
