We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, supporting recruitment efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position is fully remote but requires candidates to be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone. Responsibilities: • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms, such as SuccessFactors and Indeed, to streamline hiring processes. • Format resumes and create well-organized candidate presentations for leadership review. • Conduct pre-screening of applicants and recommend suitable candidates to recruiters. • Source candidates for hourly manufacturing and distribution roles, including machine operators. • Monitor and manage high-volume requisitions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and shift needs. • Oversee administrative workflows within applicant tracking systems and other recruitment platforms. • Support hourly recruiters by assisting with bandwidth challenges and workload management. • Coordinate offer processes and input data into HR systems as part of recruitment activities. • Build candidate pipelines and enhance recruitment workflows to improve efficiency.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or recruitment coordination. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as SuccessFactors, or similar platforms. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize tasks effectively. • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment with minimal supervision. • Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple requisitions and executing tasks with accuracy. • Experience in sourcing candidates for hourly manufacturing roles is preferred. • Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize recruitment tools efficiently.
