We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to provide detail-oriented and customer-focused support during a university commencement event. This is a contract position based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where you will play a key role in ensuring the event runs smoothly and graduates and guests have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities: • Guide graduating students in completing their index cards and assist photographers with organizing and calling graduates to the stage. • Manage line control by directing students to their designated areas, maintaining order, and verifying names against lists as graduates are announced. • Distribute and collect name cards for graduates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. • Hand out business cards and assist with the organization, setup, and breakdown of event equipment. • Provide clear communication and support to guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly.
