This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the creative lifecycle, and enjoys being the glue between creative teams and project managers. The position is <strong>onsite Monday through Thursday</strong> in Irving, TX, with remote work on Fridays.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>A Day in the Life:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with the creative team to ensure projects are scheduled, tracked, and completed on time.</li><li>Assign and manage creative projects, facilitating clear communication between creatives and project managers.</li><li>Spearhead coordination efforts for a new program launch, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.</li><li>Jump in wherever needed with a “put me in, coach” attitude—ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Top 3 Must-Haves:</strong></p><ol><li>Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.</li><li>Proven ability to manage small, quick-turn creative projects with agility.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ol><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with project management tools - experience with Workamajig is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of the creative lifecycle and prior experience in project coordination or creative operations.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Tools:</strong></p><ul><li>Project management and scheduling expertise.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with Workamajig or similar project management platforms.</li></ul><p>If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in creative environments and enjoys making things happen, we’d love to hear from you!</p>
