Desktop Support Analyst
<p>We are looking for skilled Desktop Support Analysts to join our team on a 2-month contract in Corry, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support for hardware and software systems. This position requires onsite work five days a week and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, and other computer systems.</p><p>• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 and Windows 10.</p><p>• Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.</p><p>• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to support the upgrade and configuration of systems as needed.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with configuration management processes and organizational standards.</p><p>• Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently.</p><p>• Document and track all support activities to maintain clear records.</p><p>• Offer guidance and training to end-users on system operations and best practices.</p><p>• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with users and stakeholders.</p>
• Proven experience in desktop support or a related IT role.<br>• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.<br>• Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.<br>• Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management.<br>• Understanding of configuration management principles and tools.<br>• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.<br>• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Irvine, Pennsylvania.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
