Workday Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to take a leadership role in implementing Workday’s Time Attendance and Scheduling modules within our organization. This position will require close collaboration with external system implementors and internal teams to ensure the solutions are tailored to our global operations, particularly in warehouse environments. As this is a long-term contract position, the ideal candidate will bring their expertise in managing complex projects to drive successful outcomes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the primary internal leader for the implementation of Workday’s Time Attendance and Scheduling modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.<br>• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, scope, and resource allocation.<br>• Act as the central liaison between external implementors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.<br>• Coordinate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, address challenges, and ensure stakeholder alignment.<br>• Oversee the customization and configuration of Workday modules to meet the specific needs of global warehouse operations.<br>• Ensure seamless integration of Workday modules with existing systems, such as payroll and HR platforms.<br>• Lead training initiatives by developing and implementing programs to ensure end-users and managers are proficient in system usage.<br>• Support change management processes to promote smooth transitions and user acceptance of new systems.<br>• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and industry standards.<br>• Monitor and validate system performance through end-user testing, addressing any issues promptly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.<br>• At least 5 years of experience managing Workday projects, with specific expertise in Time Attendance and Scheduling modules.<br>• Demonstrated success in leading global implementations and working with external system implementors.<br>• Strong understanding of timekeeping and scheduling needs within warehouse operations.<br>• Proven ability to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.<br>• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<br>• Knowledge of global compliance and labor laws is highly desirable.<br>• Familiarity with integration of systems such as payroll and HR platforms.
