This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with Fortune 500 clients, assisting them with employment-based visa applications. The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney in good standing, with a strong commitment to excellence in immigration law. Please share your resume directly to Jennifer[dot]Cotton[at]RobertHalf[dotcom].</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle employment-based visa petitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.</p><p>• Draft and review legal documents related to immigration cases for Fortune 500 clients.</p><p>• Provide legal counsel on immigration matters and advise clients on strategic solutions.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client cases.</p><p>• Stay updated on immigration law changes and apply them effectively to client cases.</p><p>• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support visa applications and legal strategies.</p><p>• Represent clients during immigration proceedings, if necessary.</p><p>• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely submissions of applications.</p><p>• Work onsite in the firm’s Orange County office to provide hands-on support for client needs.</p>

• Must hold a valid attorney license and be in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.<br>• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, preferably in immigration law, with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with employment-based immigration processes and visa petitions.<br>• Strong legal drafting and document review skills.<br>• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic solutions.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.<br>• Willingness to work onsite at the Irvine, California office.<br>• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
