Call Center Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Irmo, South Carolina. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and accurately document information using various tools and systems. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.<br>• Record and organize messages in a shared spreadsheet to ensure accurate documentation.<br>• Create and manage case files within Salesforce, maintaining detailed and organized records.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.<br>• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.<br>• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.<br>• Utilize customer service software to track and manage interactions.<br>• Follow established protocols for handling sensitive or confidential information.<br>• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team success.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.<br>• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Proficiency in basic office tools and software.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Knowledge of Ethernet and basic technical concepts.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
