<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA track preferred.</li><li>3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.</li><li>Skilled in ERP systems and accounting software; advanced Excel proficiency required.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li><li>Clear and effective communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
