We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will handle the setup, maintenance, and repacking of computer systems while ensuring all assets are properly labeled and organized. This position requires a strong understanding of hardware and technology to meet customer specifications effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Configure and arrange 26 notebooks in a classroom setup following specific customer guidelines.<br>• Repackage all equipment and ensure assets are prepared for return, including labeling and securing boxes with provided return labels.<br>• Perform routine inspections of computer hardware to ensure proper functioning and compatibility.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and meet customer expectations.<br>• Maintain an organized workspace and inventory of all equipment handled during the assignment.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware issues when necessary.<br>• Coordinate with shipping personnel to guarantee timely delivery of returned equipment.<br>• Adhere to company protocols and customer requirements throughout all phases of the project.

• Proficiency in working with associated hardware and computer systems.<br>• Knowledge of computer hardware setup and maintenance.<br>• Experience with cable installation for various devices.<br>• Familiarity with Dell Technologies hardware and systems.<br>• Ability to work with Apple devices and related technology.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and customers.
