In this role, you will oversee accounting operations, ensuring efficient processes and accurate financial reporting across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will bring innovative approaches to system utilization and excel in problem-solving to support our growing organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.</p><p>• Oversee accounting operations for a holding company and its subsidiaries, including consolidations for multiple entities.</p><p>• Implement and enhance systems, leveraging tools like Sage Intacct to improve efficiency and reduce close timelines.</p><p>• Collaborate with sales and operational teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.</p><p>• Develop and document accounting controls and processes to maintain compliance and accuracy.</p><p>• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and ensuring high performance.</p><p>• Analyze balance sheets and other financial statements to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.</p><p>• Drive initiatives to streamline workflows, reducing close cycle.</p><p>• Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and the preparation of journal entries.</p><p>• Support financial audits and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.</p><p>• Proficiency in month-end close processes, consolidations, and financial reporting.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct.</p><p>• Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.</p><p>• Experience in managing balance sheets, reconciliations, and journal entries.</p><p>• Proven ability to design and implement accounting controls and processes.</p><p>• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing innovative solutions.</p><p>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.</p>
