This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial operations within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will excel in processing payments, managing bank transactions, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts. Responsibilities: • Review payment requests to confirm all necessary documentation is complete before processing. • Process a variety of payments and transfers, including wire transfers and electronic fund transfers (EFT). • Address and resolve bank exceptions related to positive pay operations. • Conduct thorough research and assist with account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. • Manage the movement of funds between bank accounts efficiently and securely. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and track financial data. • Collaborate with team members to streamline treasury operations and enhance efficiency. • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during payment processing.

• Proven experience in handling wire transfers and electronic funds transfers (EFT). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving bank-related discrepancies. • Familiarity with positive pay processes and reconciliation practices. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
