Business Development Representative – Outside Sales Indianapolis, IN | permanent <br> We’re looking for an ambitious detail oriented with business development experience to take on a client-facing sales role. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a company to grow with and thrives on generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through outreach. <br> What You’ll Do Prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking. Manage and grow relationships with decision-makers across industries. Present tailored solutions to clients and negotiate to close new accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Track activity, pipeline, and results to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of business development or outside sales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Comfort with high-volume outreach, cold calling, and client prospecting. Resilient, motivated, and able to thrive in a goal-driven environment.
